First, let me say we are all on this "Hadoop Journey" together; we're all just at different points along the way. Second, let me say that the title calls out "newbs", not "noobs", so if you don't know the difference check out Noobs vs Newbs to ensure you know I do mean this connotation with respect, not disdain.
