Garden of the Gods

I had a short three day trip to one of my clients in Colorado Springs this week which was packed full of back to back meetings, but I knew I needed to squeeze in a quick visit to the Garden of the Gods; especially since their office was only a couple of miles down the road from this park.  My chance came on day two when I had a 75 minute break for lunch all by myself.

The weather was great for this lightning fast sight-seeing trip.  This place is a definite "must see" (completely FREE) attraction and instead of me telling you about it let me just show some pictures, but know that everything is BIGGER than it seems in these photos.

After seeing what I had time to squeeze in I jumped back in my rental car and took the quickest route around the giant rock formations on the one-way loop.  Unfortunately, I missed the park exit and had to drive all the way around again.  I felt like Clark Griswald in London – look kids; Garden of the Gods!
