Waterfall Hunting Around Sparta, Tennessee

Waterfall Hunting Around Sparta, Tennessee

Stumbled onto this list of Tennessee State Park waterfalls and had to go check some of them out!

Cummins Falls SP

Pretty easy hike (with a copperhead snake along the way) to see this 75 foot tall beauty.

Burgess Falls SP

A nice trail takes you past 3 smaller falls first.

Then you reach the 136 foot lower falls that made it on my (figurative) Top 10 list!

Fall Creek Falls SP

It was hard to see the 85 foot Cane Creek Falls from the observation deck.

But darn pretty up there looking downstream.

Headed over to the park’s namesake waterfall and was greeted to this incredible view!

Look at the beautiful 256 foot Fall Creek Falls.

Yes, it was definitely selfie time!

TRIED to squeeze in the 40 foot Piney Creek Falls, but didn’t have energy to hike past the initial overlook.

More SPs!

There is much more to see in Tennessee and I was sure bummed that I was just too exhausted to make it to Rock Island SP which I’d recommend if you try this same set of waterfalls to go view for yourself.
