LLR - Lake Lanier Run
This is one section of the S2S - The Chattahoochee River from Source to Sea epic
In the spirit of the Kessel Run, I name this chunk of the S2S - The Chattahoochee River from Source to Sea, the Lake Lanier Run (LLR). I'm using the illustrations in Joe Cook's Chattahoochee River User's Guide (a must have), for the mile markers, but due to all the nooks and crannies (see the US Army Corp of Engineer's Navigation Map and Attractions Map) most Leg mileage will be slightly longer in reality. Fortunately, there are a TON of parks with boat ramps on the lake include many identified here which include photos, too.
As usual, the Kayaking & Canoeing Google Map will be updated for completed legs.
