Chattahoochee River Headwaters to Lake Lanier

This is one section of the S2S - The Chattahoochee River from Source to Sea epic

My goal (hey, we've all got to have goals) is to complete the S2S - The Chattahoochee River from Source to Sea run by the time I turn 50.  When I turn 50, I'll push it out to the double-nickle of 55!  I'm using the illustrations in Joe Cook's Chattahoochee River User's Guide (a must have), for the green mile markers; the others are derived from the physical mile markers available in the CR-NRA.  I'll also be ordering these trips from south to north, even though each leg will run downstream, for the most part as the further north you get the wilder the water is and ultimately it is a hike down the side of a mountain.

As usual, the Kayaking & Canoeing Google Map will be updated for completed legs.
